Job Description
The headquarters of the AXA Group is based at 25 avenue Matignon 8th arrondissement in Parisand brings together the Groups corporate activities. It is distinguished by its strong international culture.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: A degree from Ecole de Commerce Universit or equivalent (Bac 5 specializing in marketing and communication.
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication skills
- A creative spirit and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Multiple projects meet deadlines problemsolve and multitask.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to write in a wide range of styles short writing for internal communications formal writing for reports and documents intended for communication stakeholders.
Occasional travel may be involved.

We are looking for our next Communication and Brand Advertising Assistant Apprentice as of September and for 10 months at our AXA Headquarters!
Location : 25 avenue Matignon 8th arrondissement Paris.

AXA Headquarters brings together the groups corporate activities and oversees global entities ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards as well as consistency in commercial approaches.
Within Group Communication & Brand you will join the Communication and Engagement team as Communication officer assistant from September to February 2026 and the Group Brand team as Brand Advertizing Assistant from February to June 2026.
This role involves being at the operational core of our Brand and Communication teams. This apprenticeship offers a crossfunctional experience involving collaboration with all operational teams composed as below:
- Global brand campaign development
- Regional campaign development
- Brand architecture and guidelines
- Communication campaign development
- Content creation
- Event management
Daytoday responsibilities will include close collaboration with various departments within AXA to process approvals create and maintain reports and share success stories that highlight our collaborative efforts. Additionally the candidate will contribute to creative initiatives assisting with planning administration and the evaluation of performance metrics.
By working on a variety of tasks throughout the year the apprentice will have the opportunity to gain insight into the full scope of AXAs global brand and communication teams missions. This versatility will foster the development of indepth skills across various areas providing a rich and diverse learning experience.
What Youll Do
In communication and engagement team
- Communication campaign development: You will support the communication manager and officer in the building of the communication plan
- Communication content creation: You will support the communication officers in the creation and of tailored content that delivers a clear and consistent message across all platforms. In this role you create brandcompliant content for a variety of media that informs and engages various internal stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: You will assist in all areas of event management. Coordinate events on site external guest logistics and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
In brand team
- Brand Project Management: You will support the brand managers in the coordination and monitoring of AXA brand team activities ensuring the application of standards consistency in approaches and the sharing of best practices.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Youll be a team player capable of collaborating across organizational boundaries. You will work closely with AXA entities and other partners to process approvals and manage internal stakeholders.
- Event and Meeting Coordination: You will assist in all areas of event management. Coordinate and assist in ensuring meeting agendas and requirements are accurate managing external guest logistics and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
