Position Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State federal and local laws.
- Facilitate and attend community meetings Preparation of Board Packets
- Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&Rs and governing documents.
- Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget
- Manage and maintain community documents and records.
- Review contractual services and onsite work as needed Project Management
- Ensure vendors contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service.
- Community communications as needed.
