Job Description

Contract Details: This contract is located in near Castle Rock CO and will last the remainder 25/26 school year. The contract pays $65/ hour (local) and $2630/week (travel) for 37.5 student contact hours per week with a full benefits package. Before applying for the position please ensure you are eligible to work in Colorado as a Speech Language Pathologist and can get the SSP License with the Colorado Department of Education. Pending licenses are accepted. Role Details: The SpeechLanguage Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physicians Choose Amergis At Amergis we believe in supporting our team members every step of the way. Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice Participation and completion of Amergis Competency program when applicableCurrent CPR if applicableTB questionnaire PPD or chest xray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal state and local requirements Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including but not limited to supervisors coworkers clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required Computer proficiency required Must be at least 18 years of age
