Job Description
Were looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join our Operations Technology Solutions team. In this role youll leverage advanced analytics to transform complex operational data into actionable business insights enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable analytics solutions utilizing enterpriselevel datasets to drive operational excellence
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
Own endtoend reporting processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and swift resolution of data discrepancies
Partner with crossfunctional teams to optimize existing programs and identify new opportunities for improvement
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to investigate process inefficiencies and propose solutions

About the team
The AMER OpsTech Solutions (OTS) Operational Excellence and Analytics team enables Amazons operational technology infrastructure through datadriven insights .. Were integral to maintaining Amazons customer commitment through:
Descriptive and Predictive analytics.
Collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Datadriven decision support for senior leadership
Data based insights to continuous improvement of operational processes
Bachelors degree or equivalent
2 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
2 years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) experience
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets ETL DW concepts
Experience using Python or R for data analysis or statistical tools such as SAS

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
