Created in 2015 to align lighten and modernize infrastructure the Technology & Infrastructure (T & I) team is the backbone and the future forward arm of CBC/RadioCanada. This is a hybrid position with a mix of inoffice and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.
The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst you will play a key role in the modernization of our distribution processes. Your responsibilities will include needs analysis requirements documentation and mapping data and workflow processes. Your expertise will guide internal teams and facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions. By closely collaborating with various stakeholders you will help improve our operational efficiency. This position offers stimulating challenges and professional development opportunities in a dynamic environment. You will participate in a crossdepartmental project impacting the entire organization finding creative solutions to meet enduser needs.
In collaboration with other team members you will have the following responsibilities:
You will also coordinate team activities and regularly inform the manager of risks and issues encountered. You must be detailoriented and take the time to understand needs or problems thoroughly. Strong communication skills are essential in your interactions with different stakeholders using technical terms with IT team members and common language with business partners.
