Senior Architect near Southampton
I am working with a wellknown architectural firm near the Southampton area who are looking to grow their team. This role is perfect for a confident professional with a strong technical background excellent Revit skills and a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects. Youll play a pivotal role in project management client liaison and guiding teams through all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings using Revit.
Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
Maintain high design and technical standards across all work.
Requirements:
ARB/RIBA qualification with substantial postqualification experience.
Proven ability to run and manage architectural projects independently.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong technical knowledge.
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between circa 45000.
