What you will get to do:
- IT Support & Systems Management: Provide handson IT support for both SS&C and client offices while partnering withglobal engineering and service desk teamsto improve resolution times and identify automation opportunities.
- User & Security Management:Administration and implementation of security toolsand best practices based on global standards.
- Client Engagement & Training: Deliveradvisory training and realtime incident supportto ensure a seamless IT experience for employees and clients.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management: Work withglobal IT teams vendors and stakeholdersto optimize the employee experience through improved IT service delivery.
- Product Deployments: Support regionaltechnology deployments and realestate projectsensuring smooth implementation of new solutions.
- ProblemSolving & Innovation: Proactivelyidentify risks and resolve technical problems escalating critical issues when necessary.
What you will bring:
- Education & Experience: ABachelors degreeor equivalent experience 10 years in IT support in a corporate environment (ideally the Financial Industry). Experience of any M&A integration support is also considered desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge ofdesktop systems collaboration technologies virtual environments mobile devices and enterprise IT tools(ServiceNow) in order to quickly resolve IT issues.
- ClientCentric Mindset: Ability toproactively engage with SS&C Employees & Client organisations providing training advisory and leadership of initiatives that enhance their IT experience.
- Project Management & Coordination: Experienced in leading product deployments and IT delivery of real estate projects ensuring smooth transitions and quality deployments.
- Global & Regional Collaboration: Experienced in working across different time zones and with international teams to drive IT excellence.
- Agility & Proactivity:Aproblemsolving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced setting whilst helping achieve global consistency.
- Flexibility:Awillingness and ability to work both remote and onsiteacross different office locations.
