You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEasterseals PORT Health a nonprofit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia is seeking a compassionate caring and dedicated fulltime Program Technician providing technical support for our Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) team that cares for individuals living with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in their homes and the community.
What Youll Do
As a Program Technician (Tech) you will support our HCBS team by providing support with programs such as our Electronic Health Record system Welligent. The Direct Service Providers (DSPs) use Welligent to schedule client sessions and to document care and progress notes daily. You will resolve technical issues and assist them with password resets and functionality issues and escalate to the Welligent Help Desk when needed.
