Job Description
We are seeking aCivil Litigation Attorneywith at least 2 years of experience to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and the ability to handle cases independently while collaborating with other attorneys.
- Handle civil litigation cases from inception to resolution including trials mediations and arbitrations.
- Draft pleadings motions and legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on case strategy.
- Represent clients in depositions hearings and court proceedings.
- Work directly with clients keeping them informed and involved in their cases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2 yearsof experience incivil litigation.
- Strong legal research writing and advocacy skills.
- Experience handling depositions motion practice and court appearances.
- Licensed to practice law inOhioand in good standing.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.
