- Offering rate will vary within the listed hourly range above. *Supported by the Department budget & related experience/education*

Summary:
The Social Services Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Social Services Department. This includes the Child and Family Services Vocational Rehabilitation Program Tribal Victim Services Prevention Services Child Support Services and Adult Services. The Administrator is responsible for policy development and revision meeting with community members and work with community issues relevant to them grant writing program development grant managing/reporting budget development/reporting/monitoring. Establishes and maintains relationships with outside agencies including Kansas SRS and BIA etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Driving: Must have a valid Kansas drivers license and be insurable with the Nations insurance
Experience: Four years of social services experience Four years of supervisory/managerial experience. A record of satisfactory attendance and performance in all prior and current employment.
Education: Bachelors degree in social work business administration legal studies human services behavioral health or a related health services field.
