An exciting opportunity has opened for a detailoriented and analytical professional to join a forwardthinking team as an ECM Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a maintenance environment and has a sharp eye for equipment condition trends.
Were looking for a dedicated individual to take ownership of analysing and maintaining ECM data issuing clear actionable reports that contribute to operational excellence. Youll play a pivotal role in supporting worldclass manufacturing principles by ensuring equipment condition monitoring is executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field readings and measurements on ECM elements
- Analyse ECM data and interpret findings to support plant health
- Coordinate with service providers for further analysis
- Maintain and update ECM databases and SharePoint reports
- Provide followup on flagged equipment issues
- Adhere to ECM work processes and best practices
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Matric with Mathematics and Science
- Relevant Degree/Diploma
- Certified in Cat 2 Equipment Condition Monitoring (Cat 3 will be advantageous)
- Experience with ECM software (e.g. vibration monitoring ultrasonic tools)
- Mechanical Trade Test (relevant)
- 25 years experience in a maintenance environment as an ECM Technician
