We build and support 15 products and tools that serve 4000 Finance Professionals within WW Amazon Stores.
We are seeking a capable Technical Program Manager to lead organizationwide mechanisms such as Goals Business and Technical Reviews Operational and Engineering Excellence Reviews in addition to coordinating initiatives that cross multiple engineering teams.
Key job responsibilities A TPM in WWASFT is responsible for identifying tracking and analyzing organizationwide operational metrics and performance metrics. The TPM works with engineering leaders to review and improve metrics to raise the operational bar of the engineering organization. The TPM coordinates efforts between engineering teams to deliver organizationwide goals.
5 years of technical product or program management experience 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience 3 years of software development experience 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
