Position Overview

We are currently hiring a dedicated Tube Roller to join our manufacturing team in Catoosa OK. This handson role is responsible for rolling stabbing assembling and hydrostatically testing tubes to ensure precision quality and adherence to company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to identify tube specifications
Roll and tubes into sections following established procedures
Conduct hydrostatic testing according to standard work instructions
Assemble tube and section components with accuracy and consistency
Record hydrostatic test results and assembly details on traveler documents
Operate cranes and other equipment to handle and position tubes
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
Support overall production goals by performing other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in the heat exchanger industry preferred
Crane and manlift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task
Selfmotivated with a proactive safetyfirst mindset
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physically capable of frequent lifting reaching standing climbing stooping kneeling crouching pushing pulling squatting bending and balancing
Excellent handeye coordination for equipment operation
Familiarity with and adherence to Job Safety Analysis (JSA) work instructions and required PPE use
Ability to identify and correct defects or quality issues
Solid problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically on the job
Takes pride in delivering highquality consistent work
Willingness to assist with other duties as needed to support the team
