Job Description

Frank Miller Lumber Company Inc. a global hardwood manufacturer in Union City IN. is seeking a shuttle truck driver.

We are looking for an individual who is primarily responsible for transporting lumber and byproducts between Plant #1 and Plant #2 Plants are approximately onehalf mile apart on the same road. Employee must work well with others to coordinate the loads. The employee normally performs the duty assignments according to his/her judgement requesting supervisory assistance when necessary.

The individual for this position must have proficient communication skills with other team members. Knowledge of the operation of the lumber truck driving regulations and laws. Tow motor driving ability to load and unload the lumber truck. We will assist in training to gain knowledge of the chipper room and sawdust bins to ensure proper transport and dumping.

A Commercial Drivers license (CDL) is required.

Night Shift Monday thru Thursday 7:00 pm to 5:30 am days off Friday Saturday Sunday
