Job Description
The Store Manager develops and coordinates the commercial human and economic strategy of the shop in line with the overall strategy of the organisation.
As the manager of her/his shop she/he is responsible for the relevance of her/his business and commercial decisions her/his management and the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.
As manager she/he leads and coordinates the activities of the team defines the objectives to be achieved and supports employees in developing their skills on a daily basis.
Together with the team she/he makes innovative and meaningful concepts to increase the performance and profitability of his business. As a representative of the brand he/she guarantees the image of the Sessn company.
Sessun is looking for a Store Manager (w/m/d) for its new Corner in the Alsterhaus DepartmentStore in Hamburg :
Fix salary ca 3700 Euro brutto (according to experience to be discussed) monthly Bonus
