Finance Systems Operations Specialist fmd

As our Finance & Systems Operations Specialist (f/m/d) youll play a key role in building the financial backbone that enables plancrafts fast growth. By owning daytoday finance workflows and identifying automation opportunities youll reduce friction increase transparency and help the business scale with confidence.

Youll work closely with our VP People & Finance and Senior Finance Manager and take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daytoday finance operations preaccounting& process documentation including invoice management expense workflows and reconciliations.
• Manage and optimize our finance tech stack (Candis Stripe DATEV Pathway etc.)ensuring data accuracy clean integrations and scalable usage.
• Act as thefirst line of for our finance department supporting reporting spend monitoring and financial data workflows.
• Collaborate with ourexternal accounting& tax advisors to ensure smooth closings and correct documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities in recurring financial processes and implement improvements.
• Ensuredata integrity across all finance tools including regular reconciliations and checks.
• Supportcrossfunctional teams (e.g. Customer Success Sales Ops) with financial process questions or needs.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges between 45000 and 65000 per year depending on experience.

Are you a Match

Must haves:

• 13 years of experience infinance operations accounting support or related roles in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Techsavvy and handson experience in working with and implementingfinance tools like LucaNet DATEV Stripe Candis Pleo Moss etc.
• Very strongExcel/Sheets skills and a mindset for process optimization and automation.
• High attention to detail structured approach and a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent inGerman and English (written & spoken).

Nice to haves:

• Experience in working with or maintaining integrations between tools (e.g. DATEV <> Stripe <> Candis).
• Exposure to multientity or international business environments.
• Interest in SaaS metrics or financial data modeling.
