The team are looking for a driven and personable Development Lead to join the team to drive the delivery of complex web applications and collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and external clients. You will combine your deep technical knowledge of React and .NetCore to ensure delivery excellence technical consistency and meet client satisfaction across multiple digital initiatives.
Your responsibilities will also include leading and managing a team of developers meaning you will play a a central role in delivering highquality solutions to the business whilst improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Your daytoday responsibilities include:
- Developing frontend applications using React
- Utilise React libraries and frameworks including Next JS for performance optimisation and efficient state management
- Integrate React applications Core to create seamless endtoend solutions.
- Leverage .Net Core capabilities to build highperformance and scalable backend services that support the functionality of frontend applications.
- Collaborate with team members to translate wireframes and prototypes into fully functional frontend applications.
Core skills include:
- Strong frontend development experience with React
- Proficient in .Net Core and a background is developing RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of Redux or Context API as well as React Hooks and componentbased architectures
- Understanding of C# Core and Entity framework
- Experience in cloud applications such as Azure
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Expert communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders (both business and IT)
