1. Supervise the functioning of resident engineers at various customer locations and ensure that AMC & CAMC activities are executed in line with customer PO.
2. Supervise the common pool engineers for executing variation orders and supporting resident engineers for resolving the issues at site
3. Manage customers in Eastern region for resolving the issues billing collections and variation orders
4. Coordinate with Service Manager and Operation Manager for planning of internal billing & collection plan vs actuals.
5. Coordinate with other regional managers for crossutilization of available resources across India
6. Coordinate with PMO & Commercial node for material dispatch travel claim certification of the resources dispatching materials etc
7. As people manager take care of resources skill enhancement and performance appraisals
