Reviews all creative materials and consumer facing communications prepared by the marketing and sales teams for compliance with state and federal advertising marketing digital media and promotion laws and thirdparty intellectual property licenses; reviews ticket hotel and package offers; and provides and applies marketing guidelines to comply with FTC Act and other applicable laws and/or regulations. Provides legal guidance under supervision of the attorneys to discrete business units including but not limited to Resource Marketing Popcorn brand communications UX/UI Content and Innovation Food & Beverage Revenue Operations Entertainment and other.
Must be able to work in a highpaced environment handling multiple tasks at the same time; and must maintain confidentiality of projects legal and business information at all times.
