Job Description
Impact
As a Manager Strategic Planning and Growth Operations located in Minneapolis MN or Birmingham AL. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Program Management and Operations you will be responsible for supporting the shaping of the Growth teams strategic direction stewarding the Growth teams key bodies of work forward and implementing operating SOPs (standardized operating procedures).While no two days are the same you will be responsible for ensuring progress is made in the Growth Teams key planning moments and deliverables. You will track progress and business performance along with strong strategic thinking. Be critical in guiding the Growth teams success for Shipt. Influencing change management for how we plan execute and measure the Growth teams strategies and success.
What Youll Need to Be Successful
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of proven experience in strategic planning program/project management and change management or related roles
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions to assist with goal development and implement strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the Growth teams vision mission and goals
- Collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams; demonstrated ability to gain alignment with leadership to gather input and insights and ensure strategic alignment across departments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives. Project work includes:
- Managing large key deliverables/projects for the Growth team by overseeing projects from conception to completion ensuring they align with business goals
- Manage process improvement by analyzing existing processes and identify areas for improvement; implement best practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with industry best practices trends emerging technologies and strategic planning software and tools
Work Arrangement
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team connections. Inoffice expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require inoffice presence on a fulltime basis. $73000$147000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
