Key job responsibilities We are looking for a RISC Manager III to own a portfolio of global programs. You will: Set the worldwide vision direction and of key deliverables in the compliance space. Develop business cases and requirements prioritizing competing opportunities. Author strategic documents that surface key learnings ideas and provide recommendations. Lead the development and implementation of global compliance policies and frameworks. Present policy recommendations and program outcomes to Amazons senior leadership. Drive governance and standardization of compliance processes across international markets. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance automated detection and enforcement capabilities
You will work with a wide range of global crossfunctional policy teams and partner with technology teams to build scalable compliance systems understanding customer needs defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a fastpaced and highly visible policy delivery area.
7 years of compliance audit or risk management experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level Bachelors degree or equivalent
Masters degree or equivalent Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
