Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced UT NDT Quality Test Specialist 2nd Shift to join the 777x Composite Wings Center team based out of Everett Washington.
This position focuses on the wing structures of the 777x in the new composite facility. While you are here you will be involved in extensive detailoriented phased array inspections of the interlaminate structures. This program represents the future of Boeing and is crucial to the companys success.

Position Responsibilities:
- Performs setup for specialized UT Phased array nondestructive inspection equipment
- Develops maintains or revise procedures and processes
- Performs procedural inspections on collected data
- Documents analyzes and communicates results and conducts nonconformance reports
- Provides feedback on adverse trends
- Responsible for nondestructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products
- Conducts certification preparation training
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
- Able to lift 30 pounds on a frequent basis
- Willing and able to work variable shifts
- Willing and able to travel 5 of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- 3 years of experience in NDI (nondestructive inspection) or NDT (nondestructive test)
- Current or prior certification from American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT)/NAS410Compliant Level 2 or 3 in Ultrasonics 800 hours of documented On the Job Training and 80 hours of compliant classroom training)
- Onjobtraining hours submitted prior to interview
- 1 years of experience with data analysis on nondestructive inspection software
- 1 years of experience working both independently and in team environments
