Overview:
Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a multiyear hybrid engagement in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of experience managing custom software development projects with strong familiarity in Agile and SDLC methodologies. This role will partner closely with Marketing and IT teams so prior experience with MarTech platforms or marketing technology integrations is a plus.

This role will partner closely with Marketing and IT teams so prior experience with MarTech platforms or marketing technology integrations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend delivery of software development projects from initiation through deployment following Agile or hybrid SDLC practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering QA UI/UX marketing and stakeholders to define scope timelines and deliverables
- Create and maintain project plans roadmaps and sprint schedules using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project
- Manage dependencies track progress and ensure timely delivery of highquality software products
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning standups retrospectives and demos
- Ensure documentation testing and deployment processes meet internal standards and compliance requirements
- Identify and manage risks issues and changes in project scope providing mitigation strategies and escalation as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders communicating updates and aligning on priorities
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through postmortem reviews and process enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field
- 5 years of IT project management experience with a strong focus on custom software development
- Deep understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum and iterative development methodologies
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams in both technical and business contexts
- Proficiency in Jira Microsoft Project and other project tracking and reporting tools
- Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver highquality scalable software solutions in dynamic environments
- Experience working with marketing or MarTech platforms is highly desirable
- PMP PMIACP or CSM certification is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Background in gaming hospitality or similarly regulated industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms customer data platforms (CDPs) or CRM integrations
- Experience working in hybrid environments that blend Agile with traditional project structures
