What Youll Do
As a Senior Producer focused on MultiProduct you will partner with crossdisciplinary team members on the development of features for the Fortnite Item Shop. You will be responsible for handling and organizing processes so that developers can do what they do best. You excel in organization have exceptional communication abilities and are comfortable managing complex projects. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in game technology and have a history of working within technical distributed environments.
In this role you will
- Lead roadmap planning activities for your initiatives including feedback collection requirements gathering initiative buildout feature breakdown estimations and resourcing in order to drive a solid roadmap that achieves defined strategic product goals
- Partner with discipline leads to determine the time and people necessary to see projects through to completion. Build and maintain project plans schedules resource allocation and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases
- Collaborate and align with our Shop Operations team who are in charge of merchandising and keeping the Shop running
- Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases
- Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities requirements and critical timelines
- Collaborate with producers and other disciplines on the development teams needed to complete initiatives communicate frequently and proactively to highlight progress risks and mitigations
- Manage both internal and external resources as they pertain to resource allocation budget forecasts and actuals. Improve and develop processes based on the needs of the teams initiatives and products
What were looking for
- Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release
- Previous experience working in a production role where youve managed crossfunctional teams in creating and delivering complex projects
- Deep understanding of game or platform development software development process and project management practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- A good knowledge of lighttouch production systems that allow teams to thrive without unnecessary overhead
- The ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company
- A passion for gaming with a specific interest and familiarity with online safety products
This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including NYC).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but arent limited to) things such as skills and competencies qualifications knowledge and experience. In addition to base pay most employees are eligible to participate in Epics generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
