Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
Location: Onsite Napa California
Hourly Rate: $20 $22 per hour (Based on Experience)
Employment Type: FullTime Normal Shift 6am to 2:30pm FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED TO COVER ABSENCE VACATION

Are you highly organized with a knack for keeping things running smoothly Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment Were looking for a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support the operation of our highquality label printing press. In this handson role youll coordinate the movement of materials supplies and finished products in and out of the warehouse helping to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality and verify that they match purchase orders and packing lists.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
Utilize the ERP system to maintain accurate records of all shipments receipts and inventory levels.
Communicate with vendors carriers and internal departments to schedule deliveries and shipments.
Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain an organized and safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned.
What Youll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping receiving or warehouse coordination preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes including documentation and inventory management.
Skills Competencies and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills Strong ability to prioritize work and maintain accurate records.
Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in verifying shipments and inventory.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ProblemSolving Skills Troubleshoot issues with shipments and resolve discrepancies.
Technical Proficiency Experience with inventory management systems (IMS) and shipping software.
Time Management Handle multiple tasks efficiently under production deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods (up to 50 of the shift) lift up to 40 lbs walk carry reach and kneel as needed throughout production. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
