Assistant Bar Manager Prestigious Oxford College Location: Central Oxford Salary: 24278 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week 5 days)
About the Role: Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join one of Oxfords distinguished college bars. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a prestigious academic setting while developing your hospitality management career.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Bar Manager in daily operations and service delivery Assist in staff supervision training and scheduling Ensure exceptional customer service standards Manage stock control and inventory Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Handle cash management and daily reconciliation Assist with special events and college functions Implement health and safety procedures
Requirements: Previous bar management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Personal licence holder (preferred) Experience with cash handling and stock management Excellent customer service skills Flexible approach to working hours Knowledge of health and safety regulations
