38500 per annum

ACS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Extrusion Operative to join our clients operations on a night shift. Our client is a pioneering force in sustainable practices within the recycling sector in the Northampton area. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role is responsible for ensuring that the processes including machinery parts are operating efficiently and are processing the agreed level output.

Your Responsibilities as an Extrusion Operative:

• Ensuring that the extrusion process and its machinery are operating efficiently and delivering the required throughput of product
• Working with the shift lead ensure sufficient supplies of material are maintained to enable the continuous operation of the process line
• Embracing general warehouse duties with a focus on maintaining an environmentally friendly and sustainable workspace.

Extrusion Operative requirements:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality in our recycling processes
• Previous experience in the above responsibilities in recycling or process linebased industries
• Good level of written and verbal English
