Location/Division Specific Information

We are seeking a detail oriented Digital Asset Management Specialist to support file storage management for the Creative Innovation Studio based in Bangalore.

You will serve as the administrator for our digital asset management system. Responsibilities include running the input release and expiration of assets; monitoring and facilitating distribution and fulfillment; as well as leading access rights for all users and groups.

A day in the Life:

  • Lead final asset process; ensuring that pieces are moved to the DAM site and uploaded for sales force use. Ensure that required metadata is input at project level to sync across systems.
  • Manage user permissions for specific areas within DAM site and Brand Portal
  • Establish and maintain SOPs for users with a focus on folder structure and search.
  • Onboard and provide user training for business partners to ensure effective utilization of DAM
  • Coordinate and manage asset sync to sales template tool including effective communication to business partners focused on timing and availability of assets.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelors degree in marketing web or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • Minimum 35 years experience related to Digital Asset Management
  • Experience in Workfront AEM Assets OpenText and Seismic is a plus

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Able to work independently and proactively identifying issues and raising them to management as well as offering potential solutions
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to meet deadlines
