Required to work within many different computer environments to track scan identify validate and access medical records. Responsible to maintain data and statistics to support activities.
Job Description
Review and analyze documents for the electronic medical record with strict attention to maintain patient confidentiality guidelines for safeguarding patient medical information. Ensure documents are readily available in the electronic medical record for patient care and medical decisions. Required to work within many different computer environments to track scan identify validate and access medical records. Responsible to maintain data and statistics to support activities. Assist with release of information requests.
Other Requirements: Good handeye coordination and the ability to meet process document standards as set. Should have developed ability to focus on detailed processes and validate accuracy of others.
