We are seeking a Roll Form Operator to become an integral part of our team! You will operate machines to roll or transmute materials. As a Roll operator your job is to manage a roll forming line and machine as well as many secondary equipment needed for the job. Roll forming is a process where a long strip of material typically metal is manipulated into the desire shape.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery to flatten temper and reconfigure raw materials
- Adjust machine gauges to reduce product defects
- Monitor machine cycles to avoid equipment issues or failures
- Review rolling orders and blueprints to verify product specifications
- Calculate and record daily production numbers
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Roller former machine
- Previous experience in manufacturing or other related fields
- Familiarity with manufacturing blueprints
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detailoriented
