Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Creator Growth Executive to join our team. This executive will be responsible for engaging with content creators on a global scale securing their partnership agreements and ensuring that they continue to produce and post content to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong relationships negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring consistent creator performance.

What Youll Do

  • Actively reach out to content creators across various platforms with a focus on YouTube introduce our partnership opportunities and convince them to sign up for our CG business.
  • Negotiate revenuesharing agreements with content creators
  • Deliver on revenue targets monthly by ensuring creators optimize for maximum engagement and content creation remains consistent and aligned with revenue goals.
  • Build strong longlasting relationships with content creators and motivate them to produce more content especially YouTube shorts. Address any concerns or issues they may face and proactively find solutions.
  • Track the performance of content creators monitor revenue generation and provide feedback on how to improve content output and engagement. Analyze metrics to suggest improvements to drive growth.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing Advertising or Communications
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders from creators to internal teams.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms trends and best practices for content creators.
  • Previous handson experience with YouTube CMS YouTube Analytics Google Sheets and Google Slides is a plus.
  • Previous experience in contract management including understanding of revenuesharing models and legal agreements is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
  • A strong network in the content creation or digital media space is a plus.
  • Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
