Role Overview:
Join TMHCCs Innovation & AI Transformation team to work on highimpact initiatives that shape the future of specialty insurance. This internship is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges embraces ambiguity and is passionate about emerging technologies like AI and automation.
As a summer intern youll gain handson experience working with crossfunctional teams on strategic innovation projects. Youll contribute to research ideation prototyping and the development of internal transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and of innovation pilots and AI use cases.
- Conduct market and industry research on emerging technologies and trends.
- Assist in developing business cases presentation materials and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal business units and external partners to explore new solutions.
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify patterns insights and improvement areas.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong problemsolving skills comfortable breaking down complexity into structured steps and relevant insights to move the needle forward.
- Selfstarter proactive resourceful and driven to take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fastpaced environment where information is constantly evolving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business STEM or a related field.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the following locations the reasonable pay range for this specific position in New York NY is an hourly rate of $22.5028.50. The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate nondiscriminatory factors set by the Company.
