Job Description
Unleash the musical potential of our students in our outstanding Hackney school!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to join our thriving and wellresourced department. You will inspire a lifelong love of music in our students fostering their creativity performance skills and appreciation for diverse musical genres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and highquality Music lessons across Key Stages 34 (and potentially KS5.
- Develop and implement a stimulating and inclusive Music curriculum.
- Encourage students to explore their musical talents through performance composition and listening.
- Contribute to extracurricular musical activities such as school bands choirs and concerts.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can flourish musically.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Music or a related field.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging Music lessons at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong musical skills including instrumental proficiency and theoretical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for music and inspiring young people.
