About the Department

DCloud is part of Duett Software Group providing sustainable secure and sovereign cloud solutions in a hybrid setup. Our technology department plays a key role in developing and maintaining solutions that support our groups broader ecosystem. We collaborate across teams in a flat and inclusive organization where each team members contribution is valued.

In 2025 and 2026 we are reviewing and renewing our complete service portfolio modernizing our data center to make sure we have an up to date setup and portfolio. Going forward DCloud will focus on providing real hybrid cloud and private cloud services both for the internal market and the external market as well as increase business and offerings in the consulting area and also within reselling of SW HW and connectivity and security.

Role Objective

As the Team Lead Solutions in DCloud you will be a key part in DClouds daily operations as well as in the modernization and development. You will be a champion for defining scaling and operating DClouds service management.

The position reports to the General Manager Cloud Services and collaborates with other departments to align strategies with the companys overall goals. It is expected that you work from our office in Oslo or at Tynset with flexibility regarding hybrid work onsite and offsite.

This is a leadership role with personnel responsibility for followup of employees absence (sick leave holidays time off in lieu flexitime) and performance appraisals.

The position is a permanent member of the Cloud Services management team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will oversee the daily operations including supervising the teams task ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining highquality standards.

• Problem resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve escalated problems

• Project management: Manage the planning and completion of projects within the team including the implementation of new software and hardware security measures and training programs.

• Team coordination: Facilitate collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments.

• Performance monitoring: Track team performance identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and guidance to team members.

• Training and development: Support the ongoing development of team members skills and knowledge.

• Vendor management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant IT standards regulations and company policies with the help of our compliance team.

Your Experience

The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience and a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

• Technical expertise: Strong understanding of cloud and IT systems software and hardware relevant to the tasks listed including enduser support security infrastructure and cloud technologies.

• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with current IT trends best practices and emerging technologies.

• Contribute to the development of new services and products

• Contribute to security work and the Change Advisory Board

Your Profile

We are looking for a serviceminded and handson technical leader with a strong understanding of cloud technology and userfocused IT systems. As a goaloriented leader you are able to motivate your team delegate tasks effectively and support a positive and productive work environment. You have good organizational and time management skills enabling you to handle multiple tasks and deadlines and you communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Your analytical and problemsolving skills help you troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
