Job Description
Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in simulation modeling software development and debugging with a focus on embedded systems and hardware/software codesign. You will be responsible for developing debugging and optimizing models and systems that align with our product goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and troubleshoot simulation models using Simics and DML.
Design and implement models using SystemC for hardwaresoftware cosimulation.
Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems focusing on performance stability and reliability.
Write test and maintain software in C/C and Python.
Develop and optimize Linuxbased systems including kernel drivers power management and HMI components.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement power management strategies for energyefficient systems.
Interface with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components.
Analyze and resolve systemlevel issues ensuring optimal performance under realworld conditions.
Contribute to technical documentation including design specifications and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Simics modeling DML and SystemC.
Strong programming skills in C/C and Python.
Indepth understanding of Linux including kernellevel development and debugging.
Experience with power management techniques in embedded systems.
Familiarity with HMI design and development.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using modern tools and methodologies.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lowlevel hardware/software integration.
Knowledge of realtime operating systems (RTOS).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in performance optimization for embedded systems.
Previous experience with automotive IoT or industrial embedded systems.
