Job Description
Scrum Master
Location: Pune
Experience: 8 10 Years
Role Overview:
The Scrum Master will facilitate the Scrum process ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles and helps remove any impediments to progress.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives).
- Help the team stay focused on goals and deliver product increments.
- Remove blockers and manage dependencies between teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master with experience facilitating Scrum teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Experience working with GenAI or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
