Role Overview:
As a FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for Frenchspeaking customers delivering outstanding service and support related to travel inquiries bookings and issue resolution. You will leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries via multiple channels (e.g. phone email chat) in French.
Provide accurate information regarding travel products services bookings and policies.
Assist customers with reservations modifications cancellations and other travelrelated requests.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints aiming for firstcontact resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs when necessary.
Adhere to company procedures quality standards and performance metrics.
For bilingual roles utilize English communication skills (B1 level) as required.
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in French (C1 level or higher) encompassing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) required for bilingual account responsibilities.
Must hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent (Graduates only).
Demonstrated strong communication active listening and interpersonal skills.
Proven problemsolving abilities with a customercentric approach.
Adaptability and willingness to work in rotational shifts potentially including evenings weekends and holidays as per business needs.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is considered an asset but not mandatory.
