Job Description
Customer/Project Work/Core Work: Writing code for the allocated modules according to the specifications/requirements under the guidance of the reporting authority and by following the best practices of coding Completing the allocated tasks within the estimated time and effort schedules Maintaining the quality standards of coding as per the established organizational quality standards or client provided coding standards. Collaborating and adding value through participation in peer code reviews and by providing comments and suggestions Contributing towards creation and usage of ReUsable Components under the guidance of the reporting authority Following the established organizational quality and operational processes and be compliant to the same; contributing towards process improvements by suggesting the ways to improve the existing processes and procedures. Providing uptodate and asrequired status reporting to Reporting Authority People: Providing the necessary guidance to software engineers in completing their assigned tasks Supporting the Reporting Authority in coaching and mentoring the software engineers Completing the personal/organizational goals set for the fiscal year. Enhancing and sharing technical knowledge by conducting Workshops/Presentations/Knowledge Sharing Sessions Organization: Contributing towards continuous process improvement by suggesting process improvements/suggestions Participating actively in training programs both to attend and to contribute. Comply with information security policies and procedures as applicable. Report information security events and weaknesses Participate in fire drill and other BCP exercises.
