Job Description
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the company by overseeing employees in their daily duties optimizing processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and ensuring deliverables are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for handling permitting
- Maintain social media postings for the company
- Managing daytoday operations.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.
- Training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Interacting with customers and suppliers answering questions and resolving issues.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
Qualifications :
A Successful Operations Specialist must consistently demonstrate the companys Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer serviceoriented as well as teamoriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Operations Specialist must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends evenings and holidays.
