Job Description
Within our BackOffice department you will be part of the Institutional Settlement Trades Settlement Securities Lending Team:
Responsabilities
- Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes) global markets (RFP and DFP)
- Processing of trades (all asset classes) global markets (RVP and DVP)
- Migrations
- Processing of physical shares
- Processing/monitoring of Securities Lending activity
- Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities and/or cash
- Frontoffice support
- Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
- Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599
- Usage of Telekurs Bloomberg GTMatch GTExchange T24 external portals and internal tools
Qualifications :
- CFC in banking environment as a minimum
- 23 years of experience in settlement operations or a similar posttrade environment
- Very good knowledge of securities
- Fluent in French and in English; German would be a plus
- You have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word) and demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing technical tools optimizing processes and driving internal projects forward.
- You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadlinedriven environment
- As a team player and with excellent communication skills you want to join a dynamic team
