What Youll Be Doing

• Maintain and repair grounds including mowing trimming and landscaping.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers trimmers and blowers.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of grounds and equipment.
• Assist with snow removal and deicing during winter months.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Competency in operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
