  • Ongoing fulltime opportunity
  • Office location: Grafton with some travel required
  • Salary relative to experience ranges from $82193 $90001 super

The role

Crown Lands is currently seeking to appoint a Property Management Officerto provide land status advice and information and undertake reserve tenure environmental planning natural resources and property management activities to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.

The role undertakes timely frontline client service written and verbal advice and recommendations on routine Crown land issues and activities and inspections in property management.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and hardworking team who approach their busy daytoday work with good humour and a sense of fun.


What you will bring to the role

  • Client focused and have property management or natural resource management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands
  • Proactive highly organised and be comfortable and confident in being the first point of contact for stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in property/land management or other relevant field and/or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
  • Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel
