Job Description

Job Highlights:
- Direct Hire
- Pay: $3340/hr based on experience. Opportunity for overtime.
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am5:00pm. Potential for travel outside work hours.

Job Duties:
- Conduct field service at customer facilities ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite by phone and via email addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
- Expect up to 80 travel within the USA Canada and Mexico to support customer needs.
Ideal Candidates:
- Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery encompassing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both onsite and remotely including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance mechanical/electrical drawings and part identification.
- Experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
- Handson individual with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical mechanical and other technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred.
Must Have:
CNC grinding experience troubleshooting CNC machines remote support.
