Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify needs and use data sets to develop reports and identify trends for leadership.
  • Perform indepth Market Access focused analyses using various data sets including patient level Specialty Pharmacy data Patient HUB data MMIT payer information and thirdparty data sets.
  • Obtain information from Market Access regional leaders that can be triangulated with data and reports to provide a robust view of overall trends and opportunities.
  • Lead regional level reporting initiatives including update to leadership ad hoc presentations and new report requests
  • Collaborate with Insights and Analytics colleagues to layer in regional analyses into an overall brand performance story.
  • Work with Business Intelligence Operations and IT to provide field teams with robust analytics regarding their business.
  • Deliver data element requirements to IT for updates to existing or creation of new automated reports.
  • Take lead on working with regional leadership to understand reporting needs and generate focused reports to help with mentor and development to optimize performance
  • Analyze various reports at a National and Regional level to provide insights in to targeting opportunities.
  • Present new reports analyses or findings to Commercial leadership.
  • Demonstrate proactive curiosity business thinking and leverage best practices in analytics to glean insights
