Shift Requirements: 40hour weeks some travel and overtime. Flexible schedule available. Telecommute available
As a Civil Rights Compliance Officer Affirmative Action Compliance Officer 2 your duties will include but are not limited to:
Conduct indepth desk audits and/or onsite audits as appropriate for applicants seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) status and conducting indepth audits on initial and renewal DBE certifications.
Assist with coordinating Supportive Services for DBE contractors/consultants.
Organizing data and logistics for the monthly DBE goal setting meetings
Preparing semiannual DBE reports to Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)
Conduct Title VI and Contractor Compliance reviews
Preparing monthly Iowa DOT Contractor Bid Award Summary report
