Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Working Hours: 22.5 Hours Monday Tuesday and Thursday and would require some flexibility to cover annual leave attend meetings etc.
Advertised Salary: 25163 pro rata 15302 per annum Part Time Equivalent)
Location: Home working Occasional travel to Newark Hub

The role of Customer Support Administrator is to deliver excellence in customer service. This will involve supporting our customers both over the telephone email and online notice boards. The role will also involve general administration and financial support to the regional team.
You will be based working from home and applicants should be confident and comfortable to work from home on a permanent basis. You will be required to attend the local hub location at Newarkwhen required for team and collaborative meetings.
