Facilities Manager

Oakes Auto Group is seeking aFacilities Managerto oversee and maintain our dealership facilities across multiple locations. This handson position requires a proactive individual who can manage daytoday facility needs vendor relationships and longterm facility improvement projects. If youre a reliable organized and detailoriented problemsolver with a knack for building upkeep and repair we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs including:
Painting
Drywall patching
Changing light bulbs and ballasts
Basic plumbing or electrical fixes as needed
Oversee all facilityrelated vendor relationships including:
HVAC maintenance
Electrical contractors
Plumbing services
Janitorial and landscaping providers
Manage inspection schedules and ensure preventative maintenance is completed for:
HVAC systems
Compressors
Lifts
Other dealership equipment
Supervise and coordinate facility improvement projects working with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conduct regular site inspections to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement
Maintain a safe clean and efficient environment for both customers and employees
Recommend costeffective improvements to enhance the functionality and presentation of dealership properties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in facilities maintenance or building operations (automotive dealership or similar commercial setting preferred)
General knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and basic construction
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent needs
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:$60000 $75000 annuallycommensurate with experience
