SUMMARY
The Renewals Manager at MasterControl is a vital member of the Corporate Sales team focusing on renewing customers in a SaaS delivery model. This role will be responsible for ensuring full usage of MasterControl among customers identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities and proactively engaging with the customer base to minimize churn. Working closely with the Territory Manager Marketing Customer Support and Finance teams the Renewals Manager will contribute to the longterm success of customers by providing valuable feedback and fostering collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine the renewal process for maximum customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Team to maintain a book of renewals and track customer engagement.
- Qualify upsell and crosssell opportunities based on customer needs.
- Develop a system to identify customers with high potential for churn upsell and downsell.
- Provide product team with insights on evolving customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing to design and implement educational campaigns for customers.
- Achieve a minimum 90 customer renewal rate each month.
- Meet weekly goals and established metrics consistently.
- Utilize the provided tools effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer account management.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven followup skills and resultsoriented mindset.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

- Ability to manage multiple projects coordinate project details among multiple departments and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills for valuebased contract negotiations.
- Motivated and energetic team player with a strong drive to take responsibility for success.
- Understanding of restructuring contract terms and conditions related to legal finance and billing.
- Experience with MS Office tools Adobe Acrobat computer systems and communication tools (database experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills including writing editing and responding to customer communications.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Limited travel may be required.
- Ability to work nonstandard hours on occasion when necessary.
- Bending stooping and lifting are integral aspects of this position.
- Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.
The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $70000 $90000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
