Job Title
Production Support EngineerWhat does a successful Production Support Engineer do at Fiserv
You will help build the worlds best digital operations platform for restaurants. You will work with our current technology stack that consists mostly of Django / Python and React.
What you will do:
- Identify root cause for reported defects and implement fixes in production.
- Manage quality in the production environment as part of an oncall rotation.
- Work with other engineers to perform upgrades to our platform.
- Contribute unit and integration tests for new and existing features
- Uphold BentoBoxs core mission vision and values
- After hours on call monitoring (rotation based once a week every 2month period)
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 3 years of experience writing production code.
- Experience with Python/Django
- Experience Javascript.
- Experience with React and Redux.
- Experience working with relational databases (Postgres preferably)
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to work 9:30am 6:30pm
What would be great to have:
- Experience writing unit tests for existing/new features (Jest Pytest preferably).
- Experience using debugging tools. (Pdb Datadog)
- An understanding of Web Architectures (serverless optional)
- Experience with Jinja Templating
- Experience with Node.
- Experience with automation testing.
- Experience monitoring systems to maximize uptime.

Salary Range
$96400.00 $162000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
