A successful Product Owner at Fiserv transforms financial technology for small businesses by bridging customer needs with market opportunities. Youll orchestrate crossfunctional teams to develop innovative payment and financial management solutions that directly impact how businesses operate. Your vision ensures our products not only solve todays challenges but anticipate tomorrows demandsempowering small businesses to streamline operations improve cash flow and achieve sustainable growth.
What You Will Do
Own the product backlog and roadmap for SMB Solutions within the Small Business Integrated Solution ecosystem
Collaborate with engineering teams to define user stories prioritize features and ensure timely and highquality releases
Work closely with internal teams (sales operations compliance) and external partners to define requirements and drive integrations
Track key performance metrics drive continuous improvements and ensure alignment with Fiservs broader SMB strategy
Ensure products adhere to industry regulations security standards and Fiservs compliance policies
What You Will Need To Have
3 years as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role in fintech payments or SMBfocused technology solutions
Intermediate understanding of merchant acquiring payment processing and small business financial management tools
Familiarity with APIs integrations and SaaSbased financial platforms
Handson experience with Agile methodologies working in Scrum or Kanban environments
Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and drive decisionmaking

Salary Range
$96200.00 $164900.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
